2010 Special Road Repairs Completed - June 2010 - Cable Rd west near lot 1053: Culvert was exposed - Rebuilt roadbed - Stone Lake Blvd near lots 73 & 74: Removed culvert & created low water crossing - Edwards Ranch Rd @ Corey Lane: Widened, & built up roadbed - Edwards Ranch Rd @ Scotts Bluff: Widened, & built up roadbed. Defined bar ditches - Rocking-K Ranch Rd after lot 184: Created a vehicle safety turn around
Scheduled 2010 - Remaining Road Repairs - Post monsoon grading by Phil Elliott in Sept / Oct - Bricker Rd near lots 784 & 785: Sections of the Exhibit-E road are now in 'red' condition. Vehicle damage reported by owners trying to reach their properties. Grading not possible due to rocky conditions. Need to elevate road base (i.e. cover rocks) and create drainage ditches.
Scoped - Not currently funded - South Round Mountain Expw, lots #462 & #469: Widen, & buildup roadbed. Successful contact with owners completed: Some trees need removing to widen the road (on 30’ right-of-way). - Section-35 @ near Juniper Ranch: Rebuild roadbed, ditch & eliminate muddy area. - Ranch Road, after Cable Rd: Add 1/3 of a mile of stone base, & grade. |
